* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of electrical
equipment and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of electrical equipment and
related services of at least 1 (one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five)
years, with a value of at least Tk. 22.00 (Twenty) lakh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer
shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh. The tenderer must submit letter of commitment for
bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
4. The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income
TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
5. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for proposed Sub-station to be supplied
by Tenderer must submit in form of e-PG3-5.
6. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be considered as the
reason of Tenderers Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
