* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5670000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1).Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax clearance certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
2). A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 13.00 Lakh only under [1] of contract over a period of [5] years shall be required. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.00 Lakh aonly over the last [5] years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka 14.00 Lakh only which shall be supported by bank statement and Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) .
