Brief Description of Package: Upgradation of GT Fire protection System of Ghorashal 4th Unit Repowered CCPP from MIRCOM PRO2000 to Mircom FX-4003-12N.It includes following works:

1. Supply of the spare parts of the Mircom FX-4003-12N fire protection system

2. Testing and commissioning of the Mircom FX-4003-12N fire protection system

3. Software develop with respect to cause and effect diagram of previous PRO2000 system

4.Supplier/ Contractor shall have to arrange and organise local training at site regarding Mircom FX-4003-12N fire protection system maintenance, troubleshooting & Operation for minimum 3 days by manufacturer's expert(s).
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 50000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.up to date trade license.
2.Income tax certificate & up-to-date- income tax clearance certificate.
3.Up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate.
4.Bank Solvency Certificate minimum Tk. 20,00,000.00 ( Twenty Lakhs)
5.Experience Certificate of Supply, testing and commissioning of Mircom fire protection system/similar types of works in any Govt/Autonomous organization minimum Tk. 16,00,000.00 ( Sixteen Lakhs) under a single contract within last 05 (five) Year. .
6. Tenderer shall have to submit the copy of catalogue from the manufacturer including offered product description; detail specifications; technical drawings ( if applicable) for the offered products
7.If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter for all Items mentioned in BOQ from the manufacturer. . Tender and Contract Forms, to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods to supply the Goods to Bangladesh .The Authorization Letter shall mention E-mail address, Telephone/Fax, designation with detail address of the manufacturer representative duly signed in the manufacturer official pad. BPDB will communicate during evaluation stage at the mentioned address for confirmation of the authorization/ End User. If there is no response received from the manufacturer/ End User Representative, the Bid will be subjected to rejection.
8. The tenderer shall offer at least two alternative CV of Mircom authorised expert(s) for commissioning and training purpose.
