Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1366666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1366666 ~ 4100000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of overall experience .
b) Required number of similar nature of works completed shall be 01 (one) number over a period of last 5 (Five) years (years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Each with a value of at least TK 12,35,000.00 (Taka Twelve lacs Thirty-Five thousand only) under single contract required.
c) The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user from Government /Semi Government/Autonomus Boday/Organisation.
d) The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License , TIN certificate along with Tax return certificate/Tax return submission received copy for the fiscal year 2022-23 (Tax Year 2023-24) and VAT registration certificate.
e) The required average annual turn-over shall be greater than TK 15,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen lac only) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 16,00,000.00(Sixteen lacs only)
