* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8366666.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. A similar works of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh) under the maximum 2 (Two) number of contract over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required. [Years counting backyard from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 47,00,000.00 (Forty Seven Lakh), which will be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU mentioning the name of the work.
