Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All e-GP tenderer/supplier of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 1,35,00,000 (One Core Thirty Five Lac) contracts in the last of 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Food Supply) of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,40,00,000 (One Core Forty Lac). The document of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) will be submitted as per ITT Clause or Form PG2-5.
4. The amount of the Tender Security shall be tk. 4,00,000 (Four Lac).
5. Tender Related all documents (Trade Licence, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate) must be updated.
6. Supllier have to delivered the Food items as per demand of Procure Entity (PE) in every week or a certiain period. But bill will be paid montly as per total montly invoce of suppllier.
7. All foods & related items mentioned in the schedule must be delivered by 30 June 2025.
