Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tender Security as stated under ITT Clause 31, 32 and 33;
2. The written confirmation authorising the signatory of the Tender to commit the Tenderer, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 36.3;
3. The Valid Trade License (2024-2025) regarding MSR group category.
4.Documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT -13 Digits) as a proof of taxation obligations as stated under ITT Sub Clause 5.4;
5. Updated (2023-2024) Valid income tax payment certificate.
6. Updated VAT payment Certificate .
7. Documentary evidence as stated under ITT Clause 26, 27 and 28 establishing the Tenderer’s eligibility, eligibility and conformity of the Goods and related services and, the minimum qualifications of the Tenderers required to be met for due performance of the Goods and related services under the Contract.
8. documents establishing legal and financial autonomy and compliance with commercial law, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 5.9 in case of government owned entity.
9. Bank Solvency Certificate on a date within selling Tender document and dropping date indicating the amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit facility in PG2 - 5 form as per ITT 9.1 in favour of Superintendent of 250 beded General Hospital, Nilphamari.
10. Certificate of general general Experience (3 years within last 7 years) should be submitted along with a copy of Certificate of Experience and work order as per ITT Clause 8.1 (a) and specific Experience of supplying of similar goods within 2 years single contract value Tk. 1200000 [Twelve lac ] as per ITT Clause 8.1 (b)
