Eligibility criteria:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the repair & maintenance works shall be 03 (Three) years.
b. The minimum specific experience in Repair & Maintenance Of Lift in government, semi-government or autonomous organisation under one number of contract over a period of 03 years, with value of at least Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh) only shall be required.
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) only.
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) only over the last 03 years.
e. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
