• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2455000 over the last 03 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1615000.
• The minimum tender capacity shall be: 2425000TK.
• Tender security less than 3 percent.
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 81000.
• Total Duration 6 months (180 Days).
