The project will be closed on June/2025. So all the works under this contract must be completed by the June/2025. For completion of all the works by June/2025, sufficient manpower and equipments must be available and ensured to complete the works at different sites. The contractor failed to complete all the works under the contract shall be penalized.

* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000000.
