Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have:
1. General experience of Five (05) years
2. Valid trade license (Up to date)
3. Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date)
4. Valid VAT & TIN certificate
5. Up to dated ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.
6. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 63.00 Lac
Taka in a single agreement in any Govt./Semi govt/autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for
Single Lift.
7. Certificate of specific work experience obtained form organization other than EED should be authenticated by Executive Engineer
of EED after verified by respective organization.
8. The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 60.00 Lac for single Lift as
per STD format of this tender.
9. Submitted Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
10. Submitted Valid Agency ship certificateof the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
11. Submitted valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
12. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be
considered final.
