* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents.
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services shall be supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License; the years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of equipment/Spare parts/consumables to any Government-owned organization or Power Station a minimum of USD 85,000.00 (USD Eighty-Five Thousand) Only or equivalent amount under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contacts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad amounting not less than USD 40,000.00 (USD Forty Thousand) Only or equivalent.
4. The minimum amount of credit facility is USD 90,000.00 (USD Ninety Thousand Only) or equivalent from any scheduled bank.
5. The Tenderer shall submit a certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities of manufacturer.
6. The tenderer must submit the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of the Manufacturing Organization.
