* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organizations. Document in support of 5 years general experience should be submitted.
b) The minimum supply value of similar nature goods under 1 (one) contract as specific experience is minimum Tk. 32.00 (Thirty Two Lakh only) Lakh or 2 (two) contract is Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five Lakh only) Lakh in the last five (5) years from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. Tk. 32.00 (Thirty Two Lakh only) Lakh. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
d) Tender Security is Tk 1,00,000.00 (One Lakh only) to be issued in favour of Head, CPC, SUST, Sylhet.
e) All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal
f) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License & Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
g) Manufacture Authorization must be submitted.
h) Installation will be done by the supplier.
i) Training must be provided by the Bidder after installation of the equipment at site without any extra cost for at least three days.
