Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 350000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1050000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 350000 ~ 1050000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods and related services shall be: At least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least BDT 3, 20,000.00 (Three lakhTwenty thousand) only. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 3, 20,000.00 (Three lakhTwenty thousand) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document. (f) ISO Approved, Manufacturing Authorizing letter and Manual book must be Submitted for specific Goods.
(f) The Bidders must be needed to specify the Brand, Model, Country of Origin etc. correctly and specifically, not to specify like “as per schedule”, otherwise the tender will be considered as technically Non-Responsive for the dilemmas.
(g) Must be obliged to provide installation training as per manual and training book as required.
