A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter must be submitted as per the PPR format (Form PG3-6) and issued directly by the manufacturer to the Tenderer. Authorization letters from local or authorized dealers will not be accepted.
For acid items the Tenderer must provide valid Acid import, selling, and transport licenses issued by the appropriate authority, in compliance with current government rules and regulations.
A license issued by the Explosives Directorate for the import, storage, supply, and sale of explosive-listed chemicals must be provided as per government regulations.
Import Registration Certificate (IRC) must be submitted.
Original catalogs/brochures of the products must be submitted.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a recent batch must be submitted.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the products must be provided.
The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
The liquid asset amount must be supported by a bank statement (dated after the tender publication date) or credit facilities in accordance with the PPR format (Form PG3-8) during the IFT period
