N.B. (a) Sucessfull tenderer have to supply all goods (cadets' stationery) 180 equal packets for 60 batch cadets and 165 for 59 batch cadets with tenderer own cost & responsibilities ..

(b) If any products/goods is not available in the market, equivalent products/goods/sample may be accepted.

(c) The tenderers are requested to visit samples of the items/goods at PE office, BMA before submitting the quotation.
