* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
c. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 33.00(Thirty three) Lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.
ii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00(Sixty) Lac over the last [5] years.
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 17.00(Seventeen) Lac
(iv) 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 38.00(Thirty eight) Lacs.
d. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
e. Only payment certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg. Annual Construction Turnover
