Brief Description of Package: Supply of necessary items for adjustable shed behind Lime House and related others at WTP.

Eligibility criteria:

1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 12 (Twelve) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.
5) Tenderer shall submit samples to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
6) Proven documents of own/ rent workshop facility with lathe machine, shaper machine, milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, welding systems, etc.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
8) Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit & inspection report signed by plant personnel shall be submitted in tender submission.
