Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (Three) years of General Experience of Supply of goods and related services.
b. The satisfactory completion of supply of different chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private organizations amounting not less than BDT 50,00000.00 (Taka Fifty Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty-Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts.
c. The minimum supply capacity declaration/ documentary evidence of Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) is 200 Tons/Year.
(d) Sample test before tender evaluation: Samples shall be submitted within 2 (two) working days of tender opening and test results of supplied samples shall be considered as a technical specification (Form PG3A-5) as stated under ITT clause 27.2 for tender evaluation. The cost for sample testing should be paid by the supplier.
Type of tests: Color/Odor/Solubility in water/Alumina Content (% Al2O3)/pH/Specific Gravity/Bulk Density/Fusing point/Basicity (%)/Iron (as Fe)/Relative Density/Saturated Vapor Pressure as prescribe by PE.
Testing Place: Sirajganj 225 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (Unit-1),NWPGCL, Soydabad, Sirajganj/BUET/BCSIR/WASA as prescribe by PE.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh).
