Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General experience as Electric Equipment Installation of at least three (03) years. (years counting from the date of IFT)
2. Valid trade license (Up to date)
3. Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date)
4. Vat Certificate
5. Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
6. Specific experience of successful completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Generator of Minimum Value 22.00 LAC Taka in a Single Agreement in any govt./semi govt organization within last five years (years counting from the date of IFT)
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be tk 20.00 LAC for single generator as per STD (e-PG2) of this tender.
8. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed generator.
9. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by the assistant engineer, EED of concerned district.
10. Agencyship certificate for the proposed generator.
11. Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
12. If rate quote found excessive less or above than the estimated price, in this regard the decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. If his previous work is not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
