* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Minimum Qualification Criteria as following: The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the Supply of Similar Goods. The satisfactory completion of Supply and Installation of Machinery for different Computer Lab such as Brand Desktop PC and other IT Equipment of minimum BDT 2550000 (Twenty-Five Lakh and Fifty Thousand) under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 2380000 (Twenty-Three Lakh and Eighty Thousand).
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing) shall be used. The scope of Supply is defined in: Section 6, Schedule of Supply. Cost for Related Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period etc. are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A)
