Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment Chemicals or/and related services in any Govt./Semi- govt/Autonomous/ Private Power Plants/any other organizations amounting not less than BDT 66,00000.00 (Taka Sixty-six Lakh Only) in previous 36 Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment Chemicals and related services amounting less than BDT 22,00000.00 (Taka Twenty-two Lac Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 80,00,000 (Eighty Lakh) amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
3. The Tenderer shall have to comply the guidelines of ISO and DoE (Department of Environment) if awarded the contract. During tender submission a declaration shall have to be submitted to Procuring Entity regarding the matter.
4. The tenderer shall have valid Trade License and Acid License. The scanned copies MUST be submitted along with the tender bid.
5. The delivery truck should contain chemical pumping system for unloading.
