Brief Description of Package: Construction of E-Type Residential Building at Township Area of Matarbari Coal Based Power Plant under Civil Works (Residential-Building) Package, includes:
(i) Piling works;
(ii) Reinforce Cement Concrete (RCC) works;
(iii) Brick works, Plaster works & Paint works;
(iv) Electrical works;
(v) Plumbing & Sanitary works;
(vi) Fire Safety works etc.

Tender Security: 7500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000000 ~ 750000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be three (3) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Crore.

(iii) Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of similar works Experience. Work Completion Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity (Procuring Entity means any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Corporate Body or Agency).
(iv) Work Completion Certificate issued by any Non-Government Procuring Entity (Private Company/Firm) shall not be considered. i.e., Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.
(v) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Payment related document, VAT Registration Certificate.
(vi) One Tenderer will be eligible for award of contract for maximum two (2) works (Except completed works) under CPGCBL.
