Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5333333 ~ 16000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [3] years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature of Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting to Tk 45.00 (Forty Five) Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PG3 – 8) of the tenderer shall be TK 55.00 Lakh only.
d) According to letter No-03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259, date: 03/10/2019 from Office of The Prime Minister & according to letter No-21.00.0000.363.27.114(2).19-003, date: 12/01/2023 from CPTU; the contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender.
e) If the tenderer submits a tender by quoting a price significantly lower than the official estimated price, the tender evaluation committee shall consider the tender as not acceptable or non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
f) The tenderer must have to submit detail Analysis against their Quoted rate, without any satisfactory explanation and rate analysis the tenderer not to be considered as a qualified tenderer
