Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be minimum 05 (Five) years at any Government / Semi-Government / autonomous body.
b) The tenderer must have a specific experience in the supply of a single-unit photocopier machine valued at least Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh, completed successfully under 1 (one) contract with any Government, Semi-Government or autonomous body within a financial year in the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk.6.00 (six) lakh.
d) Up-to-date Trade License.
e) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) VAT Registration Certificate.
g) Tenderers must declare in official letter head pad for the warranty of the product for 3 (three) years and should carry the maintenance of the product another of 2(two) years in addition of warranty period.
h) All products must comply with the specifications outlined in Section 5 of the Tender Document.
i) Tenderers are required to submit original catalogues corresponding to the technical specifications.
j) A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter must be provided.
k) The tenderer shall have minimum 1 (one) showroom in Khulna city.
