Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000 ~ 450000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 1.20 Lac (One Lac Twenty Thousand) in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have the required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.50 Lac over the last 5 (five) years.
4. Minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) (in the PW2(a) form without any alteration) Tk. 1.0 Lac is required from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. In case of Bank credit facility it should be unconditional.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.30 Lac (One Lac Thirty Thousand) Only
6. The Tender must possess: (i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license etc
7. Must be Enlisted in Soil Test Category Contractory License at Public Works Department (PWD)
8. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS and PCC
