Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must submit the following documents along with the tender:
1. Tenderer must submit Trade License updated for Assessment Year 2024-2025 .
2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate updated for Assessment Year 2024-2025.
3. 13 Digit BIN Certificate with last 3 month online return copy.
4. Line of Credit Certificate or Liquid Asset Certificate as mentioned in CPTU Format.
5. Tenderer must submit previous 03 (Three) years Audit report from a reputed Audit Firm.
6. Affidavit of Sole Proprietorship Company or RJSC certificate in case of Limited Companies.
7. Copy of National Identity Card.
8. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Letter must be submitted.
9. Original Catalogue, Brochure, ISO Certificate must be submitted.
a) The Minimum 05 (Five) years of General Experience in the supply of Goods and Related Services as specified in the TDS; i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The Satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods Goods and Related Services of minimum Tk. 396000/- under 01 (One) contract in any Government/ Semi-Government with NOA, Contract Agreement, Work Order and Satisfactory Certifications in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable.
(c) The Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Lines of credit facility shall be Tk. 395000/- as CPTU Latest Format Form must be submitted.
(d) The minimum amount of Tender Security Must be Tk. 11800/- as CPTU Latest format Form must be submitted.
