Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1633333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4900000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer must have to submit Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years experience about Supply Measuring and Testing equipment.
4. The Tenderer should submit end user satisfactory certificate (after warranty period).
5. If the Tenderer are not manufacturer, Authorization from the original manufacturer should be submitted along with the Tender.
6. The tenderer must supply Measuring and Testing equipment as per Technical Specification.
7.Others terms and condition are according to the TDS.
