Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 1,14,37,000.00 BDT
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 45,75,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
