Eligibility criteria:

(1) The minimum number of years of general experience shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Strengthening with Surfacing work in 1 (one) contract of similar nature within the last 5 (five) years, with a value at least Tk 50.00 Lakh .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 200.00 Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities and bank statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 Lakh before tender closing date.
(5) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and / or the name of work.
(6) If any tenderer's quoted amount (Grand Total) which is more than 5% lower than the estimated cost showed in APP, then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items.
(7) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .
