Eligibility criteria:
(a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Government organization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible. (b) Liquid Asset is BDT 8.20 Lakh. (c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(single) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), in a single work order of minimum value at least BDT 11.00 Lakh. (d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 14.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh. (f) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and NID. (g) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 02/02/2025.

(i) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
