Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.]
(2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,80,000/-(Taka Seven lakh eighty thousand only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk. 8,25,000/-(Taka Eight lakh twenty-five thousand only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 Digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [Size Must be 300 grains in per 10 gram] 200 gm unnotamaner mushur dal (Mota) } must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Magura District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date 04.02.2025 and time. 15.30 PM
(10) All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
