Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit photocopy of latest document. Related to
1. Valid Trade License.(FY- 2021-2022)
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Valid Income Tax Certificate. Tax Year 2020-2021 or 2021-2022.
3. VAT Registration Certificate. 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tendered shall be Taka 12,30,000.00 (Twelve Lakh thirty thousnd). This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT.
Without which the Tender may be considered non – responsive.
