* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have general experience of five (05) years.
2. The Tenderer must have an experience of supplying mechanical goods of an amount not less than Tk. 2,500,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh Taka) in a single contract within last three (03) years to any power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Work / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate to be submitted. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract / Purchace Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
3. The Tenderer must have manufacturer's Authorization. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter to be submitted. It is prefered to use Form e-PG3 - 5 for Manufacturer's Authorization Letter. Distributor's Authorization is also acceptable. In that case Manufacturer's Authorization aganist the Distributor is required.
4. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
