* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1233333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1233333 ~ 3700000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of chemical of minimum BDT 9,70,000.00 (Nine Lac Seventy Thousand ) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
Manufacturer’s authorization is Required if the tender is not a manufacturer. Authorization Letter from genuine Dealer/authorized distributor of the manufacturer will be accepted. In that case, authenticated documents in support of dealership/distributorship shall have to be submitted.
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of BDT 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lac).
Bank Solvency Certificate.
