Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil works as Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/Management Contractor in Civil works at least 1 (one) no. contract successfully completed with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore within the last 10 (Ten) years supported by authentic documentary evidence.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore during the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years supported by authentic documentary evidence.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.20 (Two Point Two zero) Crore only supported by authentic documentary evidence.
