Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
 The Tenderers should have submitted the following documents 
a) Documents in favore of Legal cepacity to enter into contract;
b) Declearation regarding no conflict of interest;
c) Government-owned enterprises in Bangladesh shall be eligible only if they can establish that they (i) are legally and financially autonomous, (ii) operate under commercial law, and (iii) are not a dependent agency of the PE;
d) Tenderers in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive practices as stated under ITT Sub Clause 4.4;
e) Letter of promise that provide information that, Tenderer were not restrained or barred from participating in public Procurement on grounds of execution of defective supply in the past under any Contract;
f) Tenderer shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing;
g) Trade License, VAT and return Certificate, TAX Certificate , NID;
h) Bank Solvency, Working Experience (Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(Three) to 05(Five) Years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services);
i) The tenderer have to submit (a) 02(Two) bundle (b) 02(Two) bundle (c) 02(Two) bundle (d) 02(Two) tubes (e) 02(Two) intact packates of 08 sticks as the samples to the Procuring section of Bangladesh Stationery Office at Office Time and Day from 30-09-2021 to 17-10-2021 till 12.00 pm (if the submitted samples are not as per the specification of guide sample , the tender will be considered as Non Responsive).
