Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of 02 Nos 630 KG Passenger Lift at Rangpur Social Service Complex under PWD Division, Rangpur.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 76.00 (Seventy Six) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The tenderer shall submit a certificate stating that minimum 20 Nos. of lift of proposed brand and proposed country of origin Movi (Italy)), LM (Germany), McPuarsa (Spain), Orona S.coop (Spain) or equivalent Product or countrty have been used successfully in Bangladesh. A certificate in prescribed form must be attested by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD which stated that minimum 15 of those 20 lifts have installed and have been running successfully in Bangladesh. The bidder shall also have one year's experience of maintenance of minimum 20 nos of lift.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh only in the prescribed form mentioned in the STD against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate .
F) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
