c. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 03.50 (Three Point Five Zero) lakh during last 05 (Five) years;
d. The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 04.00 ( Four ) lakh only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form: e-PW-2a), without alteration or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of tender for this contract (original copy).
e. Up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and Vat Registration Certificate.
