Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.
Eligibility criteria:
01.The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil & electrical construction works shall be Five (05) years.
02. A satisfacroty completion of Construction of Substation related Civil Works or similar nature of works under Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Organization amounting not less than 05.00 (Five) Lac only as a Prime Contractor under Single contract/ Work Order over a period of last Three (03) years shall be required. Work order and satisfactory completion certificate shall have to be enclosed.
03. The requried average annual construction turnover shall be greater than least taka 5.00 (Fiive) Lac only over the last Three (03) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka 06.00 (Six) Lac only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of Commitment for Banks & Undertaking for Line of Credit .
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
06. Joint venture will not be allowed for this Tender.
