Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(b) Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) Up to date Trade License.
(d) Up to date tax clearance certificate
(e) VAT Registration certificate.
(f) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of liquid assets or credit facilities of minimum 4 (Four) lakh taka. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum 1 month before publishing
(g) Tenderer must have own registered workshop with necessary equipments and machineries needed inside workshop to complete the work.
(h) Registration certificate of workshop, issued in favour of tenderer.
(i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 4 (Four) Lakh under 01(One) contract over a period of 05 (Five) years will be required.
(j) List of skilled manpower of tenderer (foreman, technician, helper etc.) and essential equipment for the work ( Megger, Avometer, Clipon meter, Lathe machine, Grinding machine, Electric & mechanical chainpulley, Tool box and other necessary tools) will be required.
(k) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Document.
