Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2021-2022
ii. VAT or BIN Registration Certificate
iii. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document
iv. Letter of credit Commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 940,000 (Taka Nine Lac Fourty Thousand) only.
v. Original Catalogue /Drawing must have submitted.
vi. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
vii. Original copy of the Manufacturer/Distribution Authorization Letter
viii. A minimum of 05 (five) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices.
ix. Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum taka 820,000 (Taka Eight Lac Twenty Thousand) only in a single contract or in summation of 1 (One) contracts within last three years of date of tender publication in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices.
