Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER: .

a) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year & up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
b) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
c) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).
d) Manufacturer, Distributor/Agent are permitted to participate in the tender. Photocopy of valid Manufacturer, Distributorship/Agency certificate etc must be submitted with the tender.Incase of supplier or service render manufacturer's authorisation certification must be submitted.
e) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt/ Semi-Govt/ reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
f)Sample of Soup pkt(Chicken & vegetable,25gm pkt) (Minimum 06(six) nos/pkt each)mentioning production & expirydate must be submitted (non refundable) alongwith the offer and sample should reach before opening of the tender. This is applicable to all Tenderers even in the case of Manufacturer.
g) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of supplier/agent).
02.The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
