Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 283333 ~ 850000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have general experience of 05 (five) years supply of goods.
02. A satisfactory completion supply of goods under govt./semi govt./Autonomous organization in power sector amounting not less than TK- 2,50,000.00 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years.
03. The required average annual turnover TK- 3.00 (Three lakh) only over the last 03 (Three) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK- 2,50,000.00 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking a line of credit (from PW3-7)
05. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.
06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
08. The tenderer must have a Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with an Up-to-date income tax return certificate/acknowledgment slip.
