* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 80000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 240000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 80000000 ~ 240000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum TK. 6.00 crore under 02 (two) contracts ( NOA, Contract deed, Work Order and Completion Certificate must be Uploaded) within the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 6.50 crore (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8) issued after October''2021;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample of Soybean Oil (enriched with Vit. A & D) of 0.5/1/2/3/5/8 Liter Bottle must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
