Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must be registered in e-GP Portal.

The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.

The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods of minimum Tk 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh Taka only) in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lakh Taka only).

The Tenderer shall have to submit valid Trade License, TIN with last financial year tax return slip/certificate, BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.

The Tenderer shall have to submit Manufacturer/ Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent's Authorization Letter. In case of supplies from the Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent, Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/ dealership/ Agentship/ Sub-agentship from Manufacturer is to be submitted. [The autherization letter should have full contact details, i.e. Official e-mail address, Telephone No, Office address etc. of the issuing authority].

The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.

The offered spare parts must be usable in the Multistage Centrifugal Pump (Type: HGM 2/15, Q: 30.7 ton/hr. DP: 102.3 bar, P2: 102 bar, RPM: 2974, Manufacturer: KSB).

The Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer confirming that the offered items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly in existing system without any modification.
