Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1700000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. 02(Two) years General Experience of supply of goods
3.The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods (Supply of Ventilation Air Filter or Any Others Filter) of minimum BDT 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen) Lac under maximum Two contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. End user certificate must be submitted along with tender. Tender without end user certificate, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac)
6. Bank Solvancy certificate
7. Supplier has to complete the delivery of goods within 60(Sixty) days from the date of signing contract.
8. The period of validity of the Warranty shall be : 12(Twelve) Months.
Note: 1) Interested tender are requested to visit RPCL – Gazipur 105 MW HFO Fired Power Plant, Kadda, Gazipur to see the site within the office hour (from Saturday to Thursday 9.00 AM- 5.00PM).
2) Before supply of the Filter, Supplier have to be take sample approval from Plant in-charge / Engineer-in-charge.
