Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services;
(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of Tk.21.00 lakh under one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 years.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 24.00 lakh (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample of 03 pairs Gum Boot must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
