Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law, and in support of their qualification, the Tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-Tender:

2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for tax year 2020-2021 or 2021-2022.
3. VAT Registration Certificate;
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tendered shall be Tk 4,00,000.00 (Four Lakh) Only.
Without one of these, the Tender shall be considered non-responsive.
