(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 60.00 Lakh issued after October'2021;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN(13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample must be submited to Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening and time.
